VIP 3 Revalver newb question

Sorry if this has been asked before. I just got a VIP 3 today, and it came with Revalver. I have done some recording before, but I used a POD Live. Can I use the VIP 3 as the interface in order to use Revalver, or do I need a separate one?

I don't think that's possible because you need an external out from the amp and then a loop back in. If the amp has that then you also need a driver for Revalver (inside the computer). If you have an audio interface for your computer, then you may be able to use a loop send and return to connect up to the interface. So I'm not sure, someone will come along and have a better answer. But you should check to see that you have a send and return and that the send isn't going to destroy your audio interface (probably won't).
