Problems with USB dongle

Hi,
I already created a ticket in the support area, but didn't get a reply since 2 days.
After I have bought a bundle license and activated it with a Scandisk Cruzer USB stick,
ReValver doesn't accept that USB device that I just used for activation.
It always says, I should plug in the USB device with the license key.
But it is the device I used for activation. No idea what I could do.

Please can anyone help me?

Try plugging the USB stick in *before* starting Revalver.
There is currently a bug where Revalver doesn't seem to find the USB device if you plug it in after starting Revalver.

Lane, I tried plugging in the USB before starting Revalver, unfortunately it doesn't work.
Still when I click on one of the modules I purchased (metal bundle) the message regarding the USB appears.

Jose, thanks for your replies on my tickets.
As I already replied yesterday, it seems the USB wasn't released, there wasn't a new licensing procedure when I started Revalver.
Would you please release it again. I bought a brand new USB stick and will be trying with this.

Just to be sure, that I'm not doing something completely wrong:
I start ReValver4, click on the top left with presets, choose for example Angel from the list, that is included in the bundle I purchased and the select one of the specific presets like "Dirty Angel".
In this moment the message appears " Al license file was found but it would seem you forgot to plug in the matching USB device".
So in theory this should work. Of course the USB was plugged in before starting Revalver, also tried to plug in after starting revalver. All with the same negative result.
It's really a pitty as the sound of the modules is really awesome.
Intended to record something on Cubase... Again, please help me Peavey support.
