Vypyr X1 + Sanpera II compatibility

Can someone please tell me what will and won't work if I use a Sanpera II through the X1? Specifically the manual mode of switching the 'stompbox' 'effect' 'delay' and 'reverb' on and off. The X1 only has one 'effects' knob so will there be any 'stompbox' functionality at all?

My music store doesn't carry any Sanpera pedals so I can't just go and test it myself. Argh!

Obviously the pedal can't operate functions the amp doesn't have. Download the Sanpera II manual from the Peavey site, it's mentions some limitations given certain amps.
