I connected it via a USB type B cable to USB type A cable into one of my pc’s usb ports but it isn’t acknowledging the amp is even plugged in. I have tried with both power on the amp and off. Also with a guitar plugged in and without.
Anybody know how to fix this?
UPDATE: I figured it out! I had to unscrew the case, slide the electronic board out justttt enough, and realized the ribbon cable for the usb port just wasn’t plugged in! Plugged the sucker in, put the amp back together and it works with zero issues now!

Mine did the same and all of a sudden it recognized it again but I didn't change anything!

I think the computer didn't recognize the Peavey Vypyr because the ribbon cable for the USB port wasn't plugged in. After plugging it in and reassembling the amp, it worked perfectly. please let me know if it will be workable yes or no.
