Vyper 120 not powering up

I have a Peavy Vyper 120 and when I hit standby to warm tubes nothing happens. I've checked all fuses and replaced all tubes but nothing happens LEDs dont start up nothing. No I hit power and everything fires up I get humm from transformer on the power cord side but none front hw one o other side. Is that a bad transformer? Thanks

Check your low voltage supplies. And to check a fuse, remove it from the clip and use an ohm meter.
