Anybody have any luck getting a good 12 string sound? So far all my attempts sound like a kettle drum.
It seems like the Vypry Pro is capable of a great 12 string sound if you check out this YouTube demo at the 2 minute mark. https://youtu.be/ZTL-MMp8owo
If anybody at Peavey sees this I would love to know how Michael Smith got that sound!

Re: Vypyr Pro 12 String
That 12-string sound is coming from the AT-200 guitar. He was demoing it as a system. The Vypyr Pro's MIDI out sends a program change to the guitar when you change amp presets. It can be any preset number you want to send - not automatically the same number the amp is on. You can quickly get different tones and tunings that way, too.

Re: Vypyr Pro 12 String
To be more precise, for the demo he's using the Peavey AT-200 guitar with an additional cost Antares upgrade pack which offers various instrument models and preset functions, (the plain AT200 just does auto-tune) and the AT200B breakout box and 8-pin cable which is feeding MIDI into the guitar from the amp preset which he selects with the Sanpera Pro foot switch.
Here's a link to the upgrade packs... https://transactions.antarestech.com/at ... ducts.aspx

For those of us that don't own / won't be getting the AT-200, is there a setup that'll get a decent 12-string tone out of the VPro??
