Hi to all,
Would anyone happen to have a Peavey PS 2B phantom power supply around ( or a spec sheet ) that could advise me if the output voltage is 9 volts or 24 volts? I know the PS 2C model is 9 volts but can't find any info on the 2B. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Peavey PS 2B and PS 2C phantom power supply
Re: Peavey PS 2B and PS 2C phantom power supply
From glancing over online advertisements, I would guess that the main difference between 2B and 2C is that 2B takes two 9V batteries and has a manual fallover switch so that you can engage the second battery when the first is on its last legs. Also this older device looks like you could throw it through a window or plaster wall in case of need whereas the 2C could take a dent if you attempt the same. But if you aren't fond of equipment giving you a hernia (and will not mind swapping a battery in live situations rather than throwing a switch), the newer 2C is likely more convenient.
