Hello from Canada,

I have a Peavey, Diamond Series, PVM 22 Made in USA; unidirectional dynamic cardioid, diamond coated diaphragm, neodymium magnet structure which I purchased around 2000. It has never been used and is still in its box.

I’m downsizing and selling all of my musical equipment. Do you know the ball park price in USD that I should be asking for the mic?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Brian D. Pyke

I acquired a pair of Peavey PVM 480 condenser mics used but in absolutely mint condition. Not actually tried them yet... is anyone has experience with them?

I have several PVM 480i microphones... I use for drum kit overhead and sometimes for hi-hat. Also good for choir mics when you can't use ceiling suspended mics. They work well in these applications.

The PVM22 is a great microphone. It was ashamed when it was discontinued.

The PVM480 are awesome small condenser microphones. Still in production. Highly recommended for drum over heads, stereo pair even recording, choirs, acoustic guitar, and so much more.
