It's a 6x32mm (0.25" x 1") cartridge-type fuse, accessed off the back panel by the power cord. No indication of values, etc around fuse, except a beat up blank paper label.
The one that blew is a 5Amp 250Volt; the other values on it are the UL symbol and what looks like 'SOCST6' which is no help in online searches.
The service manual schematic shows only p/n 70900379 F1 and F2 in clips before the bridge on the P/S board; no fuses whatsoever on the accompanying parts list. No help.
I have no idea if the one that blew was correct (donated to the church recently) - any one know what's supposed to be there?
Thanks!

Re: XR500C: fuse detail, please? Slo-blo?
The type is engraved on the end cap. Looking at their position, I would expect to find Time Delay or Slow Blow fuses ... but
Full Compass states a 7090039 is a fusable link (festoon type light bulb).
As a fuse link is a safety item, I would contact the Peavey technical department in your country for the correct part quoting the obsolete part number 7090039.
