How to record from Peavey mixer board to a Tascam recorder.
How to record from Peavey mixer board to a Tascam recorder.
I just purchased a Tascam DP-03 recorder. I use a Peavey 2002 mixer board. Which output do I use to plug my Peavey board to the recorder input?

Left and Right output of the mixer to the left and right inputs of the Tascam.smithman wrote:I just purchased a Tascam DP-03 recorder. I use a Peavey 2002 mixer board. Which output do I use to plug my Peavey board to the recorder input?
However you may need an cable with the proper interface or adapters. Don't have info on the DP-03 and our crystal ball is broken.

Smithman,
Are you out there? I own a DP-02CD, and use it regularly. There ain't a question you can ask that I can't answer about that unit, and Peavey mixers. Post back with anything

Now that some time has passed from your original post, have you made any interesting discoveries about the DP03? I bought one not too long ago and have found it to be just a killer little unit so far. I think TASCAM really nailed the concept of a portable multitrack on this one !!!! Your thoughts?smithman wrote:I just purchased a Tascam DP-03 recorder. I use a Peavey 2002 mixer board. Which output do I use to plug my Peavey board to the recorder input?
