Peavey XR8600 Troubleshooting

Hey yall I have two Peavey XR8600 PA mixers here with the exact same issue. They both turn on, channel lights flash and then go dark. Power light doesn’t flash or turn on at all and I can hear speaker output hiss, the amp is on. No sound or any lights after power up regardless of levels. I’ve tried cleaning the internal ribbon cable connectors on one of them with no change in results. Both of these amps came from the same place, any thoughts?
