XR1212 - Cant Unmute Channel 12

Hi Folks,
I have had this desk for 6 years, great machine.
An issue i have been putting up with for a long while now is that channel 12, which i used to play my iphone/pod through wont unmute.
Its stuck on mute with the red LED all the time?
I miss it for playing interval music at our gigs etc. now use channel 11 MONO to get by.
Anyone experience this or can offer some advise for me to fix this OR a good repair shop in Ireland Peavey certified?

Carefully exercise the MUTE button on that channel and also the channel next to it. Does the channel 12 button feel at all different? Possible the switch itself has failed. Inside you can check teh switch for a stuck on condition.

Get the mixer schematics from customer service and see what the MUTE circuit is about.
