LN1263 App giving limited functionality

Hello all! Like the subject states, I'm having issues with the app on my line array.

I bought it about a year ago and I love it. I use it for gigs and hosting open mics, and a big selling point was the app that allows me to control volume from the audience.

When I first purchased it and installed/used the app, everything worked fine, with full functionality as displayed when you press the "?" help button at the bottom. (Pic 1.) Now for whatever reason it only gives me limited functionality (pic 2.) When I try to load the default "scene", it gives me a bigger picture of limited functionality (pic 3.) It still works, but it's annoying having to open each individual channel to mute them between sets. Any tips?

Are you logged into it remotely as admin or a limited user? I'm not familiar with this particular one, but most mixers with remote control apps require a login with a user name, and that can be set at various levels of access/control, whether admin, power user, or restricted user, etc.
