No sound from Impulse 200p horn

No sound from Impulse 200p horn

When I play music through my Impulse 200p speaker, sound comes out of the woofer only. No sound comes out of the horn. What could the problem be?

Could be a wire off the horn driver, could be a bad diaphragm in the horn driver, could be the tweeter amp is not working, could be the electronic crossover has an issue, and so on.
