Hi
I’m interested in any info regarding the Peavey coax drivers. Here’s what I have so far.
Peavey 1204. Was available in the “Project V” speakers, as well as the “International 112 Series 3”.
Peavey 1507. I can’t find any factory speaker system this was installed in.
I have a pair of 1204, and would like to acquire some 1507. Just trying to figure out what they came in. Maybe in a keyboard amp?
Thanks

Re: Peavey coax woofer info (1204 and 1507)
Current-day amps: KB2 is 10" coaxial, KB3 is 12" coaxial, KB4 is 15" but with a non-coaxial tweeter to the side. KB5 is 2×10", separate horn. Not sure about the KB/A60: the specs in the user manual don't say anything about the diameter. I think I tried guessing it from the pictures at one time (the overall dimensions are in the specs) and decided it was 12", but no guarantees.
Hard to think of much other than keyboard amps which would use coax speakers, though.

I think both the 1204 and 1507 were made in the late 1980’s to early 1990’s. I’ll have to look and see what Peavey keyboard amps were available at that time. Thanks.

Try https://web.archive.org/web/19970128220 ... index.html KB/A60, as I surmised, is a 12" plus 1" coax. I don't see anything coax with a 15" speaker.
