I apologize for being a new member and already asking questions. I played bass years ago but after a tornado destroyed my house I chose not to replace my bass guitar. Now in 2024 my church has asked me to play bass in the worship band and I have purchased an Indonesian Cirrus BXP. It has a great back story that I will share in another thread at another time. Once I got her home I noticed a small dent in the edge of the fretboard at the first fret. It doesn’t affect playability and I’m not real worried about it. But am bothered enough to ask if it can be made to look better. The rest of the guitar is in excellent condition.
Again I’m glad to be here and I appreciate any thoughts.
Thank you very much! I’m happy to be here.

Re: Question about small dent in fretboard.
'Wax Filler Sticks' will take care of your problem. They come in packs of varying tones/shades or sold separately, main brand names are Briwax or Liberon.Scott Morrow wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 10:32 pmOnce I got her home I noticed a small dent in the edge of the fretboard at the first fret.
