Hello everyone….
My first post here.. question…? I just picked up a 6 string Cirrus with a good label on the back of the neck/peg head that reads Made in China..! Anyone have any idea about these..?? I will try to attach a picture of it also….. it needs some TLC but it’s a hobby of mine to clean them up and restore them to playing condition…Thanks.

They already had 6 strings coming out of China , 5 knob with VFL pickups.

Your's being 4 knob with soapbars suggests Peavey was thinking of trying out a passive Cirrus.

What's the tone circuit , Vol/Vol/Tone/Tone or does it have a preamp with Vol/Blend/Bass/High ?

The big clear out auction a few years back turned up loads of "what if" items that never saw production, this is likely one of them.
