The usual Cirrus serial# question..

Post by RayCaddIII » Thu Dec 02, 2021 6:52 pm

Well, here it is for the millionth time- I got a Cirrus (USA) four string neck-thru with the number 10143782.
I know the whole thing about dating these, have read just about every recent thread and have emailed Peavey without so much as a response.
What I'm hoping is, based on the numerical sequence, someone will have an idea approximately how old this is.
Fwiw, it's probably an older model and has seen some use.

I'd go with that , seem to recall my 97 Cirrus had a similar number.

I saw someone had a similar # that was dated '98, so I'd guess you're right.
