Peavey HP Signature USA-Revisited
Re: Peavey HP Signature USA-Revisited
One of them is the actual model guitar featured in a Peavey ad. I pointed this out to the seller when I saw this ad for sale on eBay. He told me that he bought the entire Peavey guitar display at that show.

Beautiful HP Sig! Gotta love those 'croc' cases, too. Congrats!
And thanks for the 'printed'. materials... always fun to read and see!

Hey everyone. I just ran across this thread and figured I'd register and join in the fun. I got my HP Sig USA Custom a couple years back. It's pretty insane. If you are on the Peavey FB page you may have already seen me going on and on about it. Listed on Craigslist by a pawn shop(!?!?!) in Austin. They confused it for an import model. You can fill in the blanks. hahah Let me know if this link works.Re: Peavey HP Signature USA-Revisited
Guitar Player Magazine had a nice review of the HP Signature USA and EXP models back in 2005. That's how I first learned of this model and when a trans-black EXP model showed up on my CL a few years later, I became the happy owner of it. I've never seen the USA model in the wild but would love to try one.
GP took the review off of their website, but here is an archived link that has the text but unfortunately no images from the article:

I was checking out the band Hill Country Revue yesterday and ran across this video from back in the day with Cody Dickinson playing his HP Signature:

I love my HP Sigs (all 3 of them)! I'll post some pics over the next week.

Re: Peavey HP Signature USA-Revisited
Looks like his was the Korean made EXP. Based on the pickup covers, controls not being recessed, and dual compression tail piece.txflood wrote: ↑Wed Aug 10, 2022 12:15 pmI was checking out the band Hill Country Revue yesterday and ran across this video from back in the day with Cody Dickinson playing his HP Signature:
