T-60 Treble Bleed Cap Value?

The tone caps in this diagram are labeled (C1 = .033 and C3 =.022) but the treble bleed caps (C2 and C4 in the diagram) are not. Can anyone tell me what the original cap value is on the Peavey factory wiring for C2 and C4? Also, what does the asterisk mean next to the caps? And is it correct there is no resistor in the treble bleed circuit, or it would be shown? This is for a friend who is hoping to duplicate the T-60 wiring on another guitar build.

You've probably got the answer by now, but for the sake of others, you only have half of that diagram. The astericks reference another part of the diagram where it says .01 for the T-40 and .001 for the T-60. Here's the whole diagram:
