Hello all.

I have been gifted a Kb/a300. I was gifted it because a mouse made a home and liked the cone and grill. He liked it so much he took some for himself.

I have a particular intrest in amplifiers, how they work and such. I enjoy tuning ,recapping and preparing older gear.

Now theres this unit.

I want to start with simple test of the amp section..like idle voltage and wave form from a single generator.

Then theres the speaker.
I dont believe it is the Black widow . I believe it is the Scorpion..Its a brushed aluminum face and a cast aluminum basket.
Being a road unit , there are no knobs ...and I wish to test the pots for uniformity.

Does anyone have service info
And the speaker . Do I recone or just buy a new basket.
Any help tips or other wise appreciated.
