I have a KB3. I have never tried to run a monitor out of it or use it as a monitor. There is a channel 4 on the back that allows for "Monitor Input" and a control knob on the front. I thought it would be a monitor "output" ,not an "input". Does this mean I can use my KB3 as a monitor for some other amplifier output? How can I use my KB3 to drive another external monitor speaker?

Channel 4 Monitor input is just that.
It is a 'Line Level' input that will receive a signal from another device.
The XLR 'Main Line Out' will send a signal to another device, like a mixer.
There is not an output that will directly drive a monitor speaker.
