it works fine for about 15 mins. then its sound garbled, distorted with crackling noise. I have to it off to cool down device. then it works fine again with same problem. Can u help me?

When it fails, feel the rear panel. Is it really overly warm or hot? There are thermal issues like overheating amps, then there are thermal issues like some transistor that just falls apart once it gets up to normal operating temperature.
In any case, this sounds like a problem for your tech to solve.
