KB 60 Power Cable Pins?

What are the names of the pins used for soldering or crimping the hot and neutral wires in a KB 60's hard-wired power cable, and where can replacements for these pins be found?

They are called bootlace ferrules and can be purchased from https://uk.rs-online.com/web/c/?searchTerm=ferrules and many other suppliers including ebay and amazon.
