1978 Peavey musician mark iii fuse?

Post by Joehensley » Sun Jan 26, 2020 11:47 pm

I have a 1978 Peavey musician mark iii series amp head that needs a fuse. It reads fuse 6 amp over the fuse, and under it reads 700watts, 120Vac, and 60hz. I just want to know what type of fuse and rating of fuse it takes. I am thankful for any information I can get

You need a 6 amp fuse.

700 watts is what the aamp can draw from the wall outlet when fully cranked. 120v 60Hz is the power type it wants - basic USA electricity.
