Peavey Classic 20 MH One TSI led always off.

One of the TSI leds is always off. I already tried to swap power tubes.
I don't notice any volume loss on 1, 5 or 20W.

Have you tried adjusting the bias? The TSI LEDs transition from red-green-red and in between it's kinda off. When you adjust the bias slowly you should get some color. If not, then the LED must be dead.
