ValveKing 112 the problem with the LED indicator

Post by zoom505 » Wed Jan 22, 2025 3:43 am

Hello everyone. That's the problem. The power indicator is very dim, and when I turn off the amplifier, the indicator flashes brightly (as it always should). The LED is alive, and there is no visible damage to the components. What could be the problem? What should I pay attention to?

The LED could be bad, the 1k 1W resistor could be bad. The pilot light runs off the heater circuit.

Reflow the solder joints on the resistor and LED.
The more I learn the more I realize how much I don't know.
