How to reconnect chorus module on 90s stereo chorus 212

How to reconnect chorus module on 90s stereo chorus 212
I’m about to buy a stereo chorus 212 and the description reads that previous owner disconnected chorus module and that it only plays the vibrato side. Will it be hard connecting every back together?

Not certain what they mean. As I think the amp your referring to is the digital reverb version.
