My son has been playing for a few years now and wants to try an effects pedal. We picked up perfectly functioning KB60 for $30 and we want to try pairing it with a NUx MG-300 multi effects pedal to try pedals for not alot of money. We are hoping that the KB60 will be a simple, clean sound for this?
Can anyone recommend the best way to connect these two? We are totally new to effects and and amp modelers. The little bit of research I have done so far says that for effects, we should just go line in. There is also the Pre EQ patch, would this be better, is a patch cable needed, what is special about a patch cable? Also, unsure the best way to connect to take advantage of the amp modeling functions?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
