Acoustic guitar into Micro Bass?

Post by jb1982mofo » Mon Mar 20, 2023 4:34 am

Dude, it sounds excellent! I have one of the last USA made Micro Bass amps (2002), and plugged in an acoustic guitar and it sounded great! My buddy just scored a good deal on a used Ovation and brought it over last weekend, damn it sounds good through the Micro Bass!

I’ve never tried that. It does make sense though. Bass amps offer clean clear amplification if you want it with a touch of eq and compression. Add an outboard reverb and chorus, perfect.
