I have an 80s Bandit 112. The reverb has issues so I do not use it. I use a Dew Drop pedal. I am building a new cabinet for the amp and do not want to install the Reverb Tank. When I pulled the connector out of the chassis I heard loud rhythmic sounds. When I plugged it back in they went away. What do I need to do to eliminate the tank> Thanks in advance.

If you turn the reverb control to zero, do you still hear this sound? If not, then just unplug the pan and turn the reverb down.
