My original post has not yet been posted but I have an update regarding my pacer 100 SS series with the reverb issue. I had originally pegged the amp as a 1980’s version but while pursuing the lack of reverb issue I pulled the PCB and lo and behold what to my wondering eye should appear but a soldered on number of a production year! 1976. How patriotic! Or is it ‘75 hmmmm. I found that there was at least one and possibly several bad solder points. So I reflowed solder on many if not all of the points in the reverb circuit and Voila! Fully functioning reverb. All is right with the world. The photo is before reflowing and I

cleaned it up a bit. Would still love to get a proper schematic. Oh and a footswitch!Pacer Reverb issue solved!
Re: Pacer Reverb issue solved!
I too have a Pacer and don't ever plan to part with it. Play it often. I recapped it, reflowed a lot of solder points and sprayed the pots numerous times but it now plays very well.
Try this schematic. Peavey sent it to me upon my request.

The more I learn the more I realize how much I don't know.
Re: Pacer Reverb issue solved!
The board copper doesn't change year to year, it changes when they revise the circuit. So your amp can still be from the 1980s. A better indication of age is the date codes on the pots, transformers, and other larger parts. Also, from that era, the serial number tells the year it was made. The number on the board just tells you the design version.
Re: Pacer Reverb issue solved!
You are correct sir. I realized that after I posted. The EIA code on the transformer is 682 80 23. Electrical Windings 1980 23rd week.
