Peavey Musician 400 capacitor

Post by crashnut2000 » Sun Mar 14, 2021 9:10 pm

I have 2 of these attached to the power switch and this one is bad. What do I replace this with? Couldnt really find one with the same values in my searching. Any help would be appreciated.

0.02uf, or 0.022uf, a more modern version, is a common value. 630v would be a common rating. Your mains circuit goes up to about 170v plus or minus with each cycle, so no sweat.
