Just recently got the 6505mh and love it!!! Unfortunately, not really digging the slap of wood behind the grill. How might I be able to get the grill to stick in the head without permanently altering the amp ?

Remove the screws on the bottom and on the back. Remove the unit from the wood enclosure. Remove the screws holding that piece of wood from the rest of the box.
What I did was remove the grill from the piece of wood. It's just got a bunch of staples holding it. Then I glued the two logos onto the grill and reinstalled everything without the piece of wood.
