Peavy classic 20 voltages

I I'm new here and I need some help if possible.
I have a classic 20 amp which is dead except the light indicator which comes on when power is turned on. None of the four tubes come on. Both fuses are good and I want to do some troubleshooting checking voltages at the transformer output and at various points on the tubes but all the schematics I found online do not show any voltages. Can someone tell me where I can get that information. There are two resistors R4 and R17 where the board shows to be burned under them so this may be a starting point. I haven't measure the resistors yet but those two resistors effect only V2 tube B++ not the rest so I'm wondering if the transformer is dead.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated
