Hello everyone,
I have a Peavey Raptor Plus guitar with serial number 01121891, which, according to the official page, was manufactured in 1982. I would like to know if anyone has more details about this particular model, such as the exact place of manufacture and if it's considered a good guitar in terms of quality and sound.
This is my first guitar, and I bought it for around 60 USD. Additionally, my guitar has a sunburst finish. Any information or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Re: Peavey Raptor Plus 1982
I don’t think you have good information for the date of manufacture.
The serial number look up is mostly off because those guitars were sourced from Korea or China.
As I recall those were late 1990s through 2010ish. It wasn’t a guitar that I particularly followed, so I could be a little off. For sure it is not 1982.
