I purchased a Peavey electric guitar, I would like to know more about this beautiful guitar, i.e how many were produced, its value etc...?
I read they were produced in the USA however on the back of the neck it says, Made In China. Under the Made In China it has
OLNBGM2000199.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on the new guitar hope it is working out for you and you are still enjoying it.
I have never played one of those, so I’m not certain on how well they play or sound. I’m assuming they are pretty good. You should post a picture when you have a chance.
The guitar you have is an out shoot of the “Signature” series guitars. Except it is a single cut variation. At the time Peavey had an association with Jack Daniels and produced guitars and amps under their name. There was the USA and import versions. Most of the guitars I’ve seen over tge years are the import versions. Not many USA variants were produced. I’ve never seen numbers of production for Peavey during this era. I assume not many were produced of either the USA or import as these were a niche item for Peavey.
As far as value, it was worth what you payed. By that I mean that is the best judge of the value. I could be wrong because I haven’t seen one sell in awhile, but I would guess it good condition with a decent gig bag, it be in the $400 to $600 range. The USA variant in the $1200 to $2000 range. It is a harder one to judge as a potential JD collector that doesn’t play guitar may want one just to hang on the wall.
