I am new to this group so, hello to everyone. I am looking for the service manuals for the Peavey MCR 4/A Multitrack Cassette Recorder and the AMR 64 Studio Mixer. These are both from the joint venture of Peavey and Audio Media Research. I have had these since new and am restoring them along with my other vintage audio/recording equipment. Any kind of help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Eric.

Hi

These links are dead, but I have the same question.

I'm looking for a service manual for a MCR4 (not to be confused with the A or S models). Really anything would be a start to get me going. I have not been able to track down the user manual or specifications for the MCR4 (all I can find is the A/S)

Thanks in advance.

Best bet is to contact customer service via email. They will send manuals out directly.

Here are the updated manual link that covers both the MCR4A and MCR4S.
https://peavey.com/manuals/80300792.pdf
(The Uri within the URL is the only thing that changed [yep I'm a digi-geek] ).

BTW, I am the proud original owner of a MCR4 from 1986. I'm changing my drive belt and cleaning it up for use to bounce down hundreds of cassettes from back in the day.
