OK, since Alien Connection is still selling licenses, I suppose we also deserve support, or at least a reaction to the questions.
Mine is this:
I just recently bought a Pristine Sounds 2005 Light license.
The email I received that was supposed to have the license file was corrupted.
Requested the file again several times via email, but no response.
Michael, could you at least have the decency to respond to my problem, send me the license file again or just give me a refund?

After numerous ways of trying to contact Alien Connection, Peavey or Michael Ljunggren no response whatsoever.
I think this is very very poor support, not to mention rude.
Let this be a warning to anyone planning on buying any software here: Don't do it!
You'll be disappointed!
