Hi. I recently purchased a first year Peavey Classic 50 head without the effects loop, and I'm looking for someone in the southern Michigan area that could install a loop for me. Any recommendations ?

I should also add that these speakers are rated for 100 watts.............which doesn't sound like much. The seller says they have 15" Black Widows and updated 22XT drivers installed.

Will it make much difference running in mono rather than stereo ??? I mean, it will still sound good, won't it ??? It doesn't really seem like it would make that much difference.

Personally, I think the 5150 cab is the better of the two. They are both built pretty sturdy. I personally like the speakers in the 5150 cab better. Don't discount the gain channel on the Heritage. It's not going to do metal, but it's more than enough for most classic rock on it's own and with a good overdrive, it's even better.
