Re: Dead KB5

It's an Owner''s Manual, not a Repair Manual, but perhaps it will be of help to you. It is on Peavey's online archive of manuals: https://peavey.com/manuals/kb4_5.pdf I understand that you can get a schematic from Peavey, but you will need to contact them directly. Their Contact Information on their...

Re: aureus

The machine is just looking for an IP address. I don't think it matters how it gets there, whether WIFI or Ethernet or both. I have a question, Roger. I looked on Peavey's website (https://peavey.com/aureus-28-digital-mixer/p/03619200) hoping there was some discussion of this in the User Manual. I ...

Re: Pickguard for Peavey JF1-EX

There is a guy on the Facebook "Friends of the Archtop Guitar" group who has started making pickguards, including some custom work. A Peavey archtop would probably be something new for him. Re: Is Neck Tilt the Answer?

Peavey has a section on their website with pdf versions of older owners' manuals. (https://peavey.com/c/Archived-Manuals-0-9) The manual for the Foundation V is located at https://peavey.com/manuals/Foundation5.pdf. The section on neck tilt is on Page 8. There is a lot of information in the manual, ...

The machine is just looking for an IP address. I don't think it matters how it gets there, whether WIFI or Ethernet or both. I'm thinking the other way around. With 2 IP's which will do the talking? 1 tablet on the built in Router and a 2nd tablet on the external router. Both can't be on and talkin...

Re: Classic 50 212 noob questions

The reverb in one of my Teal-Stripe Blazer 158s was flopping around inside. There were no bolts or screws involved, just two small pieces of double stick adhesive pads that had come loose from the cabinet. I ended up using a couple of larger and newer 3M adhesive pads. Should work OK. Of course, the...

I'm with JP on this one. I know I always check to see what's going on with you.

Certainly don't want to see you just disappear.

Re: Max 110 Bass Amp

Yes, it is a 20 watt amp. Where it says "20W RMS 4 OHMS" by the power plug on the back that means its average power available is 20 watts into a 4 Ohm load (speaker). This is a simplification of what is going on, but the Watts RMS is the commonly used manner of referring to an amps power. Posting th...

Re: What IF....[ Chapter 7 ] Cincy's Repository

There's a Tiger loose in an industrial park in Knoxville, TN.

UPS tracking shows that my package arrived in Knoxville this afternoon. That would certainly be a new reason for a delay.

I can see it on the weather now, "Slight chance of isolated pop-up Tigers."

Re: peavey hot foot distortion

Somebody has changed it. It originally came with the 3.5 jack. That's what mine has. Same as the rest of my Peavey pedals. If they went to the trouble to swap it, I would assume that they made the polarity match the Boss standard. It makes no sense not to. However, who knows what some unknown person...
