Re: Updates about Mk IV
I have only one feature request for Michael :- Get Peavey to make a REVALVER pedalboard like the POD HD 500 !!!. I’d like to see a robust unit capable of running the RV amp sim at full quality - i.e. with double precision floating point processing etc all the time. Maybe one of the newer Atom CPUs c...

I’m getting continual buggy situation where on logic9 on my iMac using osx Lion, whenever i want to alter the C-Verb reverb mix level using the knob, revalver 3.5 (latest) refuses to let go of the knob so i cannot do any more. can't close the plugin editor, can't tweak any other settings etc, can't ...

III.V Release candidate ?? give me a break!
Michael, you of all people should know that a “Release Candidate” is the final version of code, just prior to release to “gold master” and the like. Normally at this stage the only changes made after such a release are for absolutely critical remaining bugs. You should really call this an “Alpha Rel...

[quote="lppier"] Since any user can already "redesign" the internals of any amp [quote="Moderator"] Actually - how about just taking the "tweak" feature further and allowing anyone to create their own circuit schematic out of the virtual components!. this would allow anyone who knows how ( or not ) ...

Re: What do you miss in ReValver Mk II?
< practice tools: wave playback, recording, metronome> for wave playback, please make sure you support mp3 and iTunes AAC. Also it would be great to have a browser side pane open up, for quickly selecting practice backing tunes/tracks. A favourites list of practice tunes would be nice too. and how a...

Also, an optional side display to allow easy browsing and auditon of user patches straight from disk would be useful. To be able to see all the folders of - say the Axewizard tweaks, and be able to audition and try them out, simply be a click or keyboard up/down click, without having to use file ope...

Guitar Rig 3 - Anyone tried out the demo yet ?
I had fun playing with the Orange and Hiwatt sims today. There is a different type of sound to GR3 when compared to Revalved II - to my ears the GR3 patches seem to roll off the high end more then RV. RV still seems to have the edge in in "valveness" - but i find the way that GR3 is laid out to be v...

For us Archtop Jazz guitarists add the POLYTONE model
A strange request in a way - since Polytone amps are - wait for it- Transistor !! but for jazz guitarists it just has the tone. I used to own a lovely Burman Pro 501 valve amp - but believe it or not, for capturing the warmth and character of my Gibson L4 Archtop, switching to the Polytone was a rev...
