I believe the stockers are 500K.

Re: Redstripe Envoy 2.0
I'm thinking of upgrading the speaker on mine. It would be cool to have an effects loop too, not so worried about the T-Dynamics, since the Envoy is fairly low power in it's natural state. I like the idea of the Jensen 10/50. Their MOD reverb tanks are good too. It's hard to believe that the new Chi...

Re: Transtube Pro 212
Do you mean the TransFex Pro? AFAIK, Peavey never made a "Transtube Pro".
The Sheffield Turbo speakers in the TransFex Pro are probably the nicest guitar speakers Peavey ever made.

Re: Trying to identify my guitar
According to other information I've read here on this forum, those were made for Peavey by the Landola company for two years, 1994 and 1995. Sadly, it appears that after connecting with Peavey, Landola ran into money trouble and had to stop making guitars around 1996. There was an attempt to get the...

Re: Nice review of latest Bandit
Yeah... 6 years old! I believe Will Chen is in Dallas, or at least he was at one time.
If I was going to tour with Peavey gear, I'd want at least one Bandit onboard as a spare!

Good choice! Contrary to popular belief, not all tube amps sound good... But the Delta Blues sure does! Congrats!

The end of an era. He was a larger-than-life institution. Saw him live several times.
He had a good long life, but he will be sorely missed.

Re: History and Timeline of the Peavey Bandit
I've got a Revolution 112 too... 8) The big diff' between the Revolution and the Bandit is the Ultra Channel on the Revo is ACTIVE. Put the EQ knobs at 12 noon on the Revo and they're equivalent to a Bandit dimed. This lets you dial in ridiculous amounts of bass for a 112 combo. In fact, two of the ...

Re: Redstripe Envoy 2.0
Agreed. The Redstripe Envoy is a keeper. Upgraded the reverb tank in mine to a three springer. Thought about upgrading the speaker, but I just use mine as a practice amp, so the stock speaker works for me.
