The description for the 410TVX says that it can handle an input of 700 watts at both 4 and 8 ohm configurations. Does this mean that there are two different models of the cab, or is there one cab with the ability to accept either?

You can get the cab in either 4 or 8 ohm versions. Each will handle the same power.
